3-axis digital readout with fine resolution permits accurate setup.
Inch or metric selection.
Reference function allows preset values to be entered along z-axis for z depth control.
Edge finding establishes the center line reference point.
Automatic computation of the center point with two given edges.
Built-in automatic anti-arc protection for optimal performance.
Automatic electrode wear compensation for desired erosion depth.
A correction value can be entered for the erosion depth after the final depth setting is reached, which spares the operator from tedious calculations.
Two-speed servo is numerically controlled, reducing non-machining time.
Maximum 10 positions preset on z-axis for z depth trigger stop.
Sparking conditions change automatically along the preset trigger points to activate programmable machining from roughing to finishing. There are 40 sets of built-in sequential programs in memory.
There are up to 99 sets of sparking conditions built-in and each can be edited at any time during machining.
