  • High precision hardened and ground spindle
  • Hardened and precision ground induction bedways with high tension mechanize casting iron
  • Spindle is supported by 3 bearings (2 taper roller bearings and one ball bearing)
  • 4-1/8" large spindle bore with D1-11 Camlock spindle nose
  • Magnetic multiple-disc clutches are used for efficient starting and reversing the spindle
  • Rapid and positive magnetic disc brake interconnected with main clutcher operated by emergency switch control or foot pedal
  • All running parts are lubricated by a pressure pump in gearbox
  • Sliding, surfacing, and screw-cutting motions are fully interlocked in apron
  • A cone-clutch device in the apron to prevent overload
  • Dual speed tailstock quill (ratio 1:1, 1:4) provides easy drilling operation
  • 4-way power rapid traverse
  • Ampere meter for power consumption
  • Jog button for easy spindle speed changes
